The module quotation covers the open-cell panel and its matching TCON. A TCON is not a Wi-Fi player or a complete signage computer.

Fragile open-cell glass needs a suitable carrier, clearances and protective packaging. A host controller and firmware must be matched to the panel. Bare panels cannot accept a photograph directly over Wi-Fi.
