A retained image does not need continuous panel power. The controller and wireless connection can still consume power. Battery runtime depends on firmware, refresh frequency and connectivity. Confirm current certification, warranty and software scope for the ordered configuration.

Does the price include software and shipping?
The quotation separates hardware, optional software, customization and delivery. Sample pricing is confirmed for the selected configuration; freight, insurance and destination taxes are not implied.
Can it play video or rapid slideshows?
No. Color E-Ink is intended for still images and low-frequency changes. Ask to see a full refresh with your artwork before choosing it for time-sensitive signage.
Are scheduling and fleet management standard?
Not across every configuration. These functions require a confirmed software package and demonstration. Roadmap features are not included in the hardware promise.
